An international company incorporated and headquartered in the US is looking for a Finance Manager with a combined strong knowledge of finance and accounting with construction project management experience to provide support to a greenhouse construction project operations in Ghana. The Ghana greenhouse project is an integration of 64 greenhouses powered by an 8MWh off grid Agri voltaic solar power station and a state-of-the art distribution facility. 

To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent multitasker with strong organizational skills, a good communicator who works well across departments and display strong analytical skills and pays good attention to detail. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to: 

• Overseeing project related cash flow, financial reporting, and expenses
• Assisting departments in creating and managing project related forecasts and budgets 
• Overseeing project budget
• Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time
• Establishing appropriate internal controls and project governance
• Supporting design and execution of the implementation process, including business requirement gathering, process documentation and solutions design
• Implementing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to the new process
• liaising with HQ and the CFO to ensure that the project is run in compliance
